Introduction: Knowledge management maturity [KMM] determines the capacity and stages of the organization’, s growth in processes and the readiness and identifies the necessary element for the successful implementation of Knowledge management strategies, goals and plans. This study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for assessing KMM in healthcare organizations. Methods: This was an applied research that has been done by mixed method. At the qualitative phase, snowball sampling was used. Semi structured interview was done with 12 experts in healthcare organizations in Tehran. The interviews were analyzed by qualitative content analysis. Two methods were used for reliability, reviewing articles after implementation by expert peoples and agreement of two coders. According to extracted factors, close questionnaire was prepared and distributed to 120 expert peoples by purposive sampling method and requested them to prioritize the choices according to Likert scale. For data analysis, SPSS 22 and exploratory factor analysis was used. Results: In extracted model, five main layers were identified, including strategy, processes, enablers, outcomes and external factors. The KMM levels include of initial, awareness defined, managed, optimized, entrepreneur and professional. The maximum load factor was related to the managed level [0. 964]. Each level of maturity was correlated with next level, indicating continuity of KMM levels [p<0. 05]. Conclusion: The results showed that in KMM and learning organizations, the social dimension in healthcare service was more important than technical aspect as relates to the health of community and peoples. The role of Knowledge culture and leadership in KMM and learning organization were more prominent than other factors.

Abstract:

The Present Age is known as the age of Knowledge while Knowledge-based economy is emerging. So using and developing Knowledge management in these circumstances is necessary. Being success in applying Knowledge management requaires Knowledge management maturity evaluation. This evaluation helps identifying and passing the barriers within Knowledge management. There are several models suitable in evaluating Knowledge management maturity and we must choose among them. In these models various dimensions have been considered for maturity while all dimensions have an equal weight meanwhile differences among organizations are almost neglected. In this research after finding the basic framework, FANP method has been used and by polling expert opinion the ellements of framework were localized for Ansar Bank while different weights allocated through its dimensions. Finally localized framework has been presented in 5 levels and 54 dimensions in order to set priorities within each layer. This could lead to greater accuracy in determining the banks maturity due to environmental conditions. This method can be used for localizing the evaluation of Knowledge management maturity in other organizations.

Abstract:

Objective: Knowledge management (KM) is a concept of managing Knowledge in the company. The implementation of concept has different levels in each company. Organizations implement KM practices and technologies based on the promise of increasing their effectiveness, efficiency, and competitiveness. The concept of maturity can be used for defining the state of effectiveness of an organization or the state of its capability and competency in managing the processes, programs or projects effectively. KM maturity is a guide or measure of the company's position in managing of Knowledge. The multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is widely used method to evaluate criteria that are typically multiple. crisp decision-making method is not appropriate because many of the maintenance goals taken as criteria are nonmonetary and difficult to be quantified. Type-2 fuzzy sets are used for modeling uncertainty and imprecision in a better way because of fuzzy membership function. Some fuzzy multicriteria methods have recently been extended by using type-2 fuzzy sets. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a widely used multicriteria method that can take into account various and conflicting criteria at the same time. Therefore, the aim of this study is to evaluate KM maturity using Analytic Hierarchy Process method under interval type-2 fuzzy environment. Methodology: This research is a descriptive survey. KM dimensions were ranked by a panel of experts, which consists of seven members. Experts panel consist of faculty of management who published papers and books in KM field. To clarify the evaluation process, an IT company is taken as a case and using APQC's (American Productivity and Quality Center) model. APQC’ s Levels of KM maturity provide a road map for moving from immature, inconsistent KM activities to mature; disciplined approaches aligned with strategic business imperatives. The survey sample population consisted of 273 employees and managers of the case. Findings: According to fuzzy analytic hierarchy process results KM process (0. 24), technology (0. 23), evaluation (0. 20), KM culture (0. 18) and leadership (0. 15) are the most important dimensions of KM maturity. it was revealed that the importance of KM processes could be ordered as following: Knowledge Capturing, Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Transferring, and Knowledge Reusing. Also, the results showed the case is located on third level of Km maturity (standardize). The primary focus at Level 3 is to manage the KM strategy, processes, and approaches identified and defined in Level 2. Conclusion: An important part of the results revealed how to use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for evaluating KM maturity and the importance of processes and technology in KM maturity. In addition, the case is located on third level of KM maturity; during this third level, the KM team often evolves into a KM Center of Excellence with oversight responsibilities for the KM approaches and processes. Oversight includes identifying opportunities to apply select KM approaches and processes, securing funding and resources for the pilots, marketing and communicating the strategy, implementing a change management strategy, and refining the KM approaches and processes into standard, replicable methodologies.

Abstract:

Establishment of Knowledge management need alignmentwith important components of domestic and foreign organizationsand balanced advancing of these components from stage to stage. An integrated model of organizational maturity with the models of effective implementation of Knowledge management presents a new concept to evaluate the growth of the organizational components. This research aimed to effective implementation of Knowledge management withstrategic alignment approach and balanced maturity. Due to the nature of the research and the data-collection method, this is a descriptive-survey research and in terms of purpose, this is an "applied" research. Population of this study includes the experts in studied population. 122 people of them were selected as sample using stratified random method and required data was collected by a researcher made questionnaire. The face validity of research showed acceptable results According to the pre-test feedback andeliteopinions. Construct validity was evaluated by confirmatory factor analysis and this type of validity was confirmed according to the proper fitness of research direction model. Reliability of research tool was calculated equal to 0. 974 using Cronbach's alpha which these values indicate that the reliability questionnaires was acceptable. Obtained data were analyzed using appropriate statistical tests and Smart PLS 3 and SPSS software. The analysis of the collected data suggests that in studied population, all indicators, components and factors of human resources are in good condition. Except the Knowledge management process indicators, all indicators, components and structure factors are in good condition. Except repositories of Knowledge and its indicators, other indicators, components and infrastructure factors are in good condition. None of the indicators, components and strategy factor is not in good condition. Finally, it was found that model dimensions ofeffective implementation of Knowledge management do not have balanced maturity in studied population.
